Élan – Brow & Lash “Supersonic” Expert System – Step 2 Serum 2: it restores disulfide bonds of the eyebrow and eyelash hairs, and provides them with flexibility and elasticity; it sets the eyebrow and eyelash hair shape; it restores the natural pH of the hairs; it closes the hair cuticle scales, it neutralizes the excess of the alkalizer; the nourishing complex containing cationic and emollient agents, argan oil and hydrolysed collagen, which offer a conditioning and moisturizing effect on the hair, protects them, and gives them shine. The solution pH is 2.5 – 3.0. Sodium bromate is not present in the serum. The solution does not contain more than 2 % of hydrogen peroxide.
